Proof of return for tourist visa

Hello ,
I'm and Indian passoort holder .
I'll be showing by business as proof of return and means of funding for my travel to Canada .
I wanted to know will it be okay , as the place where I run my business is rented by me . My business is well established , but since I rent the main office , will it be a problem to show it (my business) as intention to return home and with which I'll fund the travel ?

The fact that the office itself is rented should not be a major issue. You'll want to make sure to add in other reasons to return - family, friends, other property, etc.

My business is well setup . I have all the transactions and a hefty sum in my bank account . Will it not be enough ?

As per other ties - I have a small property .

Then write about that in your statement of purpose. If your only ties that would make you return home are a business and a small property, you will need a clear and compelling purpose of travel.

I'm the sole proprietor of the company . So yes all the funds are my own . Every year I travel with some savings especially for travel . But the thing is I havent been to any developed country before and as I found a good deal on flights to canada, I thought to go here

Your proof of savings for your trip must come from your personal account not business account,

Proof of business is a strong tie but there should be strong letter or statement which should convince VO that you will come back.
if you are mentioning on your visa application that you will be bearing your travel expenses then there should be handsome amount and transactions in your bank account history.
state in your visa application that i have business and active role in my business and no one can do it in my absence. state that you are married with kids mention dependents you have. show property documents with market value.
