Proof of residence in Canada

Hi, I am a stay at home mom who became a PR through my spouse. I have definitely been living in Canada but I am wondering how to prove it as I don't have a job outside the home. I have a rental agreement and have been filing taxes although I have no income. Would that be enough? I am also the main caretaker of my son who is going to school here.
Also is the length of time you must live in Canada still 4 years or is it 3 yrs now? (I thought Trudeau changed it?)

Your rental agreement and you filing taxes should be OK. If you have any utilities in your name as well that would help too.

Yes for now it is still the 4/6 rule.
