Proof of Relative : Affidavit from Relative : urgent

hi Folks,

my brother is applying for PR and showing me as his relative,

for him - his birth certificate is available.

for me ( his brother) - birth certificate is not available, we have attached the following ,
1) Birth certificate from Indian embassy
2)Grade 10 and Grade 12 certificate
3) Passport copies of myself showing common parents.

Guy s- please advise should I ( brother) also provide an affidavit confirming that my brother is my brother and we have common parents.

Please let me know.

For providing the proof of relationship , there are many ways like:

1) Your brother ( canadian citizenship holder) should write a declaration letter stating that you're his biological brother and share a common father and get it notarized.
2) You ( the applicant ) should right a declaration letter stating that you're his biological brother and share a common father and get it notarized.
3) If you can get a Family Registration certificate which shows both of you as a brother , then get it asap.
4) Your father needs to write a declaration letter stating that , both of you are his biological sons and get it notarized as well ...

Apart from this, as you mentioned that you're attaching some certificates indicating the mutual father name ... should be fine too.

Above documention for relationship should be okay
I assume ur father name is on ur 10 certificate

Also write simple letter to cic saying u r more than happy for ur
Brother to migrate. Also attach latest NOA, ur emplyement letter and address proof. Plus first copy of ur canadian passport

Hi My wife's name in passport is different from the one in my daughter's birth certificate, pls advice what to be done.

and also format of affidavit which her relatives can give as proof of relationship. btw mother and daughter.

I want to show that my mother and aunt ( who is resident of Canada) are sisters. Can I show the matri certificate of both as that certificate mentions the common father. I can't fin
the birth certificate of my mother.
