Proof of relationship

My cousin is inviting me to Canada. He is Canadian. On the online application it asked me for a proof of relationship. How can I proof our relationship ? What should I include ? We have lived together in Toronto for about 6 years. My father is the one who sponsor all his studies until he became a Canadian. How can I include proof of relationship ?

You can include copies of both your passports or birth certificates. Your grandparents should be the same.

You can include copies of both your passports or birth certificates. Your grandparents should be the same.

Our birth certificate do not carry about grandparents name. Just my mom and dad name.

Include their BCs as well so it will show grandparents.
