Getting ready to submit - have all the necessary documents!! My fiancé is from USA

We have lots of proof of relationship - land titles, mutual benefit coverage, life insurance, shared bank accounts, pictures etc etc

Do we still need to send 2 notarized
statutory declarations for family/friends swearing that our relationship is genuine? This was listed in the cocumentation checklist under "proof of relationship to sponsor" #10 says "...provide evidence that your relationship is genuine...also provide details of the history of your relationship and at least 2 statutory declarations from individuals with personal knowledge of your relationship..."

Has anyone done or omitted this?

Yes. You need at least two letters, if applying for sponsorship as a Common-Law sponsor.

Make sure the authors of the letters speak to both parts of your relationship; that you are a genuine couple and that they are aware that you are cohabiting under the same roof.

Thank you. Do these need to be notarized??
