I am a pakistani . Immigrating to Canada. My Uncle (my mom's brother) is settled in canada. while my Mom is in Pakistan. HOW AND what PROOF i can give that they are brother-sister or related . EXPERTS PLZ ADVISE?

You submit ideally your uncle's birth certificate, your mothers birth certificate bearing the same father and mother name. you then submit your birth certificate. I must also advise you that proving a relationship is important; it is also important to prove that he is right now in Canada. I wasted 2 months only because they asked me to submit evidence that my brother is actually present in canada. Credit card statements, pay slips, tax returns, utility bills, all these will help. problem is neither of us have the birth certificate. as ppl in pak usually old ppl donthave trend to keep b-certificates.
but i guess uncle passport -bio data will be looged with canadian authority and my moms ID card data wud alos show her parents name - so it can be matched. don u think so ????????????
