Proof of relationship - unappropriate / too private ?

Soo happy i found this forum, you guys are great!

I have a question .. i need to submit some proofs.. we have a lot of goofy funny pictures, i think they look more authentic than the classic ones anyway, is it a problem if i sent something like that?

also :-[ our skype conversations are not so innocent all the time.. we have some dirty convos too. do i erase them or not? i find it kind of unappropriate to send those but at the same time i wanna we with my husband so sending dirty convos is probably a stronger proof that we are genuine!

Any thoughts?

if it is too private, I suggest to send only the call history and some decent conversation and pictures you have to send proof of your relationship as much as you can to convince the VO of your genuine relationship.

it's just that i'm so paranoid, i started looking through the forum and there are soo many refused cases based on stupid unjustified reasons

so i should prepare the heavy artillery for the interview if it's necessary (i hope not, i don't wanna be asked about every little private detail!)

goofy pics are IMO, better because it shows you guys are compatible since u both are having fun together, on the contrary there are some red flags because the couple do not appear compatible cuz they do the simple pose w stony looking faces

Lol @ "stony looking faces". Sometimes it's a cultural thing though. Regarding private convos, I would select ones that have substance, you are expressing love and affection to each other, etc. Dirty convos is a mixed bag to be honest. There is a risk of an officer being "turned off", especially if they are religious. Visa officers are afterall human.

Check on CanLii or federal court... I recall a case on there... a female sent a sexually explicit photo as proof of relationship and it was viewed "negatively" especially because it was not culturally "acceptable" in her culture or something of the sort. Can't remember exact details.

damn i would never send nude pictures or so, that's disrespectful for the person that reviews your case..
i guess cute innocent convos are fine, goofy pictures too, they're not undecent in any way. hopefully we'll bring a smile on their faces!
