Proof of relationship-leaving certificate

Hi all,

I have a uncle who is a citizen of canada. He does not have a birth certificate and also the canadian passport does not have fathers name.

Can i use his leaving certificate from india to show the father name which would match the fathers name on my moms passport.

Also is bank statment of the canadian citizen mandatory or a utility bill can be use to show address ?.

What happens if the adaptablity documents that i submit are not satisfactory . Will the VO reject the application straight away or he will deduct points ans continue with the process.

What do i show as his proof ? Will his passport do ?
