Proof of relationship- Birth certificate

Dear All,

I need your guidance, my wife real uncle is in canada and his dob is 1957 in india Allahabad Uttar Pradesh. Now at that time he has got a 5 rupees stamp paper from the municipal corporation Allahabad which states that he is son of my wife grand father , his place of birth , and his date of birth. Now this document is in hindi, so i have two questions

1) will this work as a proof of relationship
2) will translation of this document will work or not

First you will need to make sure that your wife's uncle has mentioned your wife's mother/father's name as siblings in his immigration document when he applied for permanent residency. If it is not mentioned then you do not need to provide that proof of relationship.

after ITA in the CIC form there is a dropdown box for selecting relatives that the applicant/applicant's spouse have in canada as pr or citizen. if you select that you have relatives then in the required document you will be asked to provide proof relationship.

I have also got one more document which is marriage certificate of my wife's uncle but it is not a registered one , it has been issused by Arya Samajh ie by a temple and it has my wife grandfather name as mr. I.D. Tandon and in her father passport her grandfather name is mentioned as Ishwar Das Tandon. So i have two question

1) Will this marriage certificate is valid to prove the relationship
2) will the short form in one document and full form in other document will create any problem
