Proof of relation with sister in law

I have applied for express entry but not added spouse into the file. My husband's sister is citizen of canada, how do i get sibling points, and how to proof sibling relation. Your help would be really appreciated

You can't. Your spouse must be accompanying in order for you to claim the points.

Thats what I thought, I consulted one immigration lawyer and he said you would be able to get 15 points even if spouse not added in file. I was skeptical so thought of checking here. Thanks for your respond
