Hi,

For example if you brother/sister lives there..both his/her & your birth certificates & his/her legal stay documents.
Social security could be useful as well.

A certified copies would be enough unless you have been asked to provide the originals.

HI IN CASE HE IS YOUR UNCLE,
HIS PASSPORT AND YOUR MOTHERS OR FATHERS PASSPORT SHOWING THEY HAVE SAME PARENTS.
THEIR RESPECTIVE BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND SCHOOL CERTIFICATES.
YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATES SHOWING THE NAME OF YOUR PARENTS.

MOST IMPORTANTLY THE PROOF THAT YOUR UNCLE IS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN CANADA
HIS RESIDENT CARD
HIS PASSPORT COPY SHOWING CANADIAN VISA ( MAY BE OMITTED IF U LIKE)
HIS BANK STATEMENT
HIS INCOME TAX RETURN CERTIFICATE T4 FORM THAT IS WHAT THEY CALL IT .
HIS CREDIT CARD COPY
HIS CURRENT EMPLOYMENT LETTER
ALSO MENTION HIS ADDRESS IN CANADA .

THESE ARE THE THING WHICH WILL SATISFY ALL REQUIREMENTS . I HAD SENT ALL OF THESE AND DID NOT NOTARIZE THEM AT ALL THE CHC ACCEPTED IT.
ALL THE BEST SAURIN
