Dear all experts pls advise,

In study permit they require proof of money. but how much money any figure, can we show it in local currency or we have to show in canadian dollars, which is certified through bank?

And the source of money is obiviously from parents so my question is Shall Parents borrow money from other sources, like bank loan or any other loan? or parents should have their own money?

I request you to pls guide..

Thank you in advance.

you will have to show the first year tuition fee + first year living expense + return ticket

let ur first year fee is $ 11000 + 9000 (living expense) + $ 2000 = $ 22000 (max)

i took all the maximum figure

you parents should have this amount in account with source of income.

and you can show in ur own country currency as well...

Hi,

1. At the time of filling up 'Autofill PDF' study permit application (India), write amount in CAD.
(do NOT write CAD, write ONLY number, otherwise your PDF will get invalidate to print.)
2. It's optional for parents to show a saving or a study loan.

Hi,

1. Yes, parents can take study loan on your behalf. As per banking rules, you are also a party to study loan with your parents as the guarantor.
2. Visa categories (India);
-SPP: You apply under SPP only once if you are a student of www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/StudentPartnersProgram_ProgrammePartenairesEtudiants-Nov09.aspx?view=d
-General: You apply for all schools (Non-University) including SPP listed. All SPP refused applicants can apply under General for SPP listed schools.
-General (University): Only for University applicants.
