Hi guys please help po. Im sponsoring my husband. If im going to submit our application do i need already to submit the updront medicam axam? Or if they will only request for it upon submitting the papers? Do i need to wait for their advices?

It is best to include the UPFRONT medical with the full application if you are able to do so. By not submitting upfront it is possible and very likely this will cause a a few months delay while the medical is completed and submitted to CIC. There is a catch with this, if PR is not granted before the medical expires it is possible that CEM could request an updated medical, or they may at their option choose to extend the medical.
