Hi,

I have applied under CEC and medical were done two weeks back. Now I am applying for a BOWP
and online submission asking for proof of medical exam. What document should get uploaded as proof of medical exam? I don't have the reports with me as they are going to be uploaded by doctor.

Please help me.

Thanks in advance

Have you got any receipts or credit card statements with the payment info? I'd submit that and include a note on the Letter of Explanation.

Yes, got the receipt for the money payed from the doctor clinic. Will that be sufficient or need to give info like IMM1017E number got from CIC?

The OP in this thread was granted the BOWP:

The checklist also asked for proof of medical exams but since my medical exam results had been uploaded online, I simply scanned and uploaded the receipts and mentioned the substitution in the explanation letter. I also uploaded my AOR email copy with the explanation letter as proof. In the explanation letter I mentioned the Operational Bulletin and also outlined how I met all the criteria.

The BOWP requirements are inconsistent between application types, for example my paper application didn't require photos nor the medical proof. You're not going to encounter any problems.

The doctor would have given you a copy of your medicals info with UMI number and bar coded with your photograph, scan the same document and attach the file in your BOWP application. I did the same and got my BOWP.

Hope this helps.
