Hello guys,

I kindly need your assistance with some clarification on proof of funds.

I am the primary applicant, but the funds are in my husband's bank account ( I'm not a signatory to the account). I read that I need to get an affidavit in that case. I am currently residing in Asia but the bank account is in a bank in Africa.

My question is that, should the affidavit come from Africa or I can get a lawyer in Asia to issue one here.
