I'm KSREE, from Hyderabad.
My uncle (my mother's youngest brother, who is almost same age of me) has been to Edmonton in Nov/2010. I need to show this relation in my application.

The biggest problem is - while he was applying, he submitted an Affidavit for his Birth Certificate, as he couldn't trace his actual record from a village (birth place) in East Godavari Dist. And, so my mother. My maternal grandparents did not have any type of record to show that both of them are their children.

Now, what is the accepted & appropriate method to show both my mother & her brother are related? Can I still generate an Affidavit for my mother too? Will this record be recognized by CIC?

Please help...

he should have a copy ( affidavit) of his birth certificate and ur mom shld have one too

then both their parents name will match right.

whts ur noc .?

Forgot to indicate:
My uncle's Birth Year: 1966/East Godavari Dist.
My Mother's Birth Year: 1950/Hyderabad

Both were born at home and no one recorded their details in local 'gram panchayats' or revenue departments.

I need their relation record as part of the Adaptability...

yes, generating affidavit is the only option i thnk but you should be careful with the points. dont apply unless u have 67 points , if ur hiring a consultant then they will help you on this issue

Hmmmm, the pity is, I've only 65 points (due to lack of my PG / bit-low IELTS score).
Anyway, I'm reappearing to IELTS in this May.
Somehow worrying on its results. So getting the Adaptability docs ready by that time - just to ensure my application does not hold in any case.

good to know ur frm hyd ..am frm hyd too
