Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Seniors, I am being asked to upload both marriage certificate and proof of relationship... i am married so i believe i should only be asked marriage certificate...any thought or suggestions?

i got my answer with little search.

For other:

If you relatives in canada, and you have included them in your EE profile, one can upload birth certificate, passport etc to show common parents.

OMG! I have uploaded my marriage certificate for both, even though I have my uncle family in Canada and I mentioned that in the application. Now I don't know what is going to happen. Anybody has any experience regarding this. Please let me know your valuable suggestions. My application is still in progress (applied Oct 4)
Thank you.

There are 2 things that you'll have to additionally upload when you have a relative in Canada
1) Proof of Relationship - Passport/ DOB or any other document that shows the link between you and your relative
2) Family Member proof of status - Their PR card/ Canada passport / COPR

Since you have wrongly uploaded, why don't you try creating a CSE mentioning the same and also send them the appropriate Proof of Relationship document thru CSE. That way, you can at least see if they are considering your request

I'm inland CEC applicant.

Ok my understanding is that the relative in canada gives u 5 points only under fsw eligibility ( 67 points) however he will not add anything for u if ur ita is for CEC. If ur ITA is for CEC then i think that it is not an issue.. if i were u i would not panic specially that ur ita is CEC and i would send CSE ( include proof of relationship and proof of status and proof of residency).. donot worry

Thank you chantal111, I really appreciate the way you answered. My ITA also CEC. Now feel bit relaxed. But going to send a CSE as rajanvnv suggested.
