Proof of marriage (Express Entry)

Hi everyone, I and my darling are about to have a wedding next month, my future wife currently has the crs of 447 and will be 469 at the end of this year, when she get 3-year experience and she will sponsor me as her spouse.

I'm wondering about what proofs that we need to prove our marriage ? Is it ok if we've just married for about 8 months and then we apply for EE
