In form A-1520-AA section 22 says that documents to proof of legality of work experience must be issued by a government authority and not from my employer. I´m from Peru and I've been working for different private companies and each company issues a document with details of the income taxes payment to the government authority. I already contacted the government authority in Peru (SUNAT) and there's no certificate issued directly to me. Anyone knows how to proceed? If I include documents issued by my employer will my application be rejected?

Thanks in advance for your support.

According to Quebec Immigration official website : "From now on, applicants are no longer required to systematically provide proof of the legality of their professional experience (e.g., proof of social contributions or income tax assessment). However, they may be asked for this proof at any time during the processing of their file."

Just make sure you have proof of income tax payments made, translated into English or french and notarized.
