I want to ask , does CIC consider the ESL certificate as a language proof or not ? please advice . and I lived in Mississauga ,Ontario .

if you passed level seven and it was after 2014 then yes.

Thanks for your answer ,but what does it mean level seven ? the certificate say (language training program) and my scores listening :7 , speaking :8 , reading: 8 and writing : 6 and the training provided by Dufferin-Peel Catholic S.B .

did you took classes? or it was a test? if you took classes then you should know that what level you were in.
