They obviously speak fluent english, but do no have their school certificates as they graduated many moons ago, and not even sure how they would go about obtaining one. What are their options?
They can take IELTS. They shouldn't have a problem getting a good score.

Yes, kind of. It costs $285-295 to take it in Canada, see http://www.ieltscanada.ca/testfee.jsp

CELPIP LS is cheaper, $150 +tax, see http://www.celpiptest.ca/registration-information/test-fees-payment/

2012-10-29 01:51 PM Delivered to KRSZWDA at SHIP DOCK at SYDNEY, NS via SYDNEY, NS depot

My wife's application was recieved 2012-10-29, would it be exempt from submitting English requirement evidence? We both have degree in Canada so we just worry about application returning to us.

In case of returning application, do we have to pay the fee again? Does anyone know?

Thanks,

Hi,
I have a transcript from ISS Language College, where I attended from Feb. 2008 to May 2009 doing several programs (ESL, Grammar, etc). The school is part of Immigrant Services Society of BC...

Do you think this should be enough?

I'm pretty sure it is but I'd love to hear your thoughts...
