Hey guys, just wondering what are some good evidence proving the intention of returning to Canada?

I am currently living outside of Australia with my common-partner. We are on a working holiday visa in Australia thats about to expire this November. Our plan is to go to New Zealand (On a working holiday visa) to wait out the processing period. I was a recent graduate before I left Canada and I have no job offer back home. The only solid evidence I can think of is our visa has a limited time period before it expires and there is no other place to go after that. Also, My friends and families are aware we are planning to return once we receive the green light from CIC. Therefore, I was just wondering if anyone in community has some similar experience or any good suggestions. Thank you guys!

you can summit support letters from your friends and family that you will return with your partner etc in Canada.
and your letter contains your and your partners plan in Canada etc.
think, that is everything you can do now since you are going to New Zealand for another year so . (don't think visa is enough proof for VO)
VO would request more supporting docs regarding to that matter while they process your file.

You can start to apply for job in Canada while you are in New zealand and submit the some proof of that when VO request more docs.
but more convincing proof would be you are in Canada and get a job (or look for it) etc

There is no set formula but I think that, as with any short-term plan, a clearly laid out intention is the best.
In my case as a sponsor, I laid out the job I wanted, the field, the qualifications I had for this job, the timeline I expected to need to get this job, etc.
Then I included a couple of plan B's for other jobs.

As floomy mentioned, if there are any jobs you can apply to from overseas and get them to send you an email saying you look good on paper and they're interested in seeing you once you're home, that's essentially an invitation of sorts for employment so it shows you have job prospects etc., that could help.

Remember that even though it's a bureaucratic process ultimately there's a person reading this and making a judgement call, so good old fashioned footwork (research), planning, and a well laid-out essay clearly explaining your thought process on your plans is essential.

Just remembered, I also included a letter from my mother explaining that in the worst case scenario she was prepared to help us out etc.
Some letters from family may also help.

Good luck
