hi all, I am a Canadian citizen residing outside of Canada. I currently have no tides to Canada (no Property, no job offers, no drivers license etc). I intend to sponsor my wife to immigrate to Canada and we intend to move back to Canada once the application has been approved.
however, we have difficulty in providing “proof” that we have the intention to move back to Canada. Can I seek any expert’s advice? Thanks
Search for "intent to return" using advanced search and by date, read some threads about this.

You'll have to get a bit creative in terms of doing advanced searches. It may also help if you have family/friends in Canada and have visited recently.
The key things will mainly be job, place to live, preps for children, preps to arrive, preps to bring your stuff. Savings and how you will live (at least at first) are important.
We had more ties to Canada but also included letters from family and friends about our discussions about plans. I doubt they made much difference but certainly didn't hurt.
I would also suggest visiting with spouse if possible before or during your application.
Finally, be prepared: it is quite common for sponsors to get requests for more info about their preps, EVEN IF they have already provided quite a bit. This can be more or less serious (more serious is PFL procedural fairness letter). But my caution is to be prepared to show that hyou have continued to prepare after submitting.
Also, if you have a somewhat weak file over all, it is worth considering moving (sponsor esp but spouse too if feasible) during the process and updating address. They can hardly refuse an app on basis that intent to return to Canada not shown if the sponsor has ... returned to Canada (and established themselves at least somewhat).
