How many option C printouts should I include?

My CRA account has 2016 and 2017 available, do I include both or just the most recent one?

at this point you should only be including 2018. or 2018 Notice of assessment. if you have not filed your 2018 taxes yet, best to include explanation and provide 2017

Thank you! I'll include the 2017. I have not filed my 2018 taxes yet, but need to submit the application asap, so no time to wait as my appointment with the accountant is not till mid april.
