The proof of funds requires to list any outstanding debts like loans or credit cards. I am from india and My bank is giving troubles. I do not have any loan with the bank and also credit card is expired since 2015. Now bank is saying that they cannot write on letterhead that i do not have loan with the bank. Please suggest what should i Do? The other option i was thinking to attach netbanking screenshots that show no loan on my account and an inactive expired credit card. Will that work? Or should i get a cibil report from bank?
