I had 82,000 INR (1460 CAD) in my primary savings account when I created my EE profile. I had a fixed deposit worth INR 7 lacs (CAD 12500) opened in june and matured in august, using which I later opened two term deposits worth INR 6 lacs (CAD 10710), in august and INR 50,000 (CAD 890) in September respectively. So I had CAD 13060 in my primary account on the date I created my profile (Savings + FDs). Additionally I had INR 1 lac (CAD 1780) in my secondary account on that date. I have no big deposits in my primary account from June onwards. But there is a deposit of INR. 1.5 lacs (Bank transfer from my dad to me in October 2020 in to my secondary account). As I already have enough balance in my primary account for settlement funds do I need to get a gift deed for this particular transfer is the question. please help me.
