Proof of funds

Hello.
Please I need some advice. My am applying for a student permit but my sponsor (uncle) only has funds in his company account which he intends to use for my sponsorship. He is the owner of the company and has full access to the funds present. If I tender this company account, would there be a problem? . Thanks

Please I still havent gotten any update on my study permit. I applied on the 27th of march 2020.. this is almost a year.
