Could I use a recent sale of land or an asset as proof of funds for the study permit? Should the money be in the account for 4 months?

If you have sold land less then 4 months before you can attached the sale paper so the officer know that the money in your account is from the properly sold.

I am planning to do so. Btw do you know anyone who got their visas approved by doing this way?
