Proof of funds should be the latest bank account balance statement or average of the last 6 months?

If I transfer money from my Dad's account, will that be a misrepresentation?

You will have to provide a gift deed or affidavit for the money that you transferred from your Dad's account to yours.

I uploaded one month statement and I got the PR. So What should i comment here?

I have a lot of clients for which I submitted 2 months bank statements and those were also approved.
