Proof of Funds

Hi Guys,

I got ITA and 16 days are left for submitting the documents but had few queries which I need to resolve:

The Funds are all in my spouse account and we do not hold any joint account which means it is only in his name. Now CIC says that If the proof of funds are in name of spouse only, prove that it can be access by you. I need to know how to prove this. We have to give declaration ? What will be mention or content of declaration? Whether the declaration from my husband will be notarised or simple affidavit should be signed.

One more thing is I have change my experience details in the PR application i.e., deleted the experience in PR application which were mention in CIC before getting an ITA and my CRS score does not change it is the same. Will this make any difference on the decision making of the Visa officer on my application.

Pls reply as my very much tensed in these above points.

1 - NOC - No objection certificate.
2 - It makes a difference if your eligibility was affected (67 out of 100 points) - this is of course assuming you are a FSW applicant.

Only NOC will be fine or Notarised Affidavit is required
