Hello.
Does the bank statement necessarily be in my name to show the proof of funds while applying for a student visa?
Take foristance if i have someone who want to sponsor my education is it possible to use that persons bank statement as proof of funds or it has to be from my account.
And if so do i also have to have a certain amount of money on my account or my sponsors bank statement is enough in acquiring the visa?

Its possible for it to be anybody but there are a number of requirements they have to provide, go to the cic study permit application site and get the paper based application kit it will have the requirements for your country.

did you apply for visa this way.I am in a similar situation.i have no personal funds to show,i am planning to provide my relative as my sponsor.Is it possible
