I have just moved backed to Malaysia. My Malaysian bank account was empty and I have just brought all my money into that bank account. It is more than the threshold required but my six month average is very less. Will that be an issue?

If you can prove that money is yours or it was given to you by a family member you are good to go. Gift deeds are accepted too. You should try and also present bank statements from the account you transferred this money from.
