Proof of funds

Hello everyone,

I have some doubts on opting education loan for further studies in Canada.
So my question is, what if I go for loan for covering my entire education I mean during filing visa can I just show the loan sanction letter as a proof of fund or should I need to to show all bank details of my parents??
I am working in a MNC for almost 4 yrs now so will it be fine if I show my bank details and the loan letter??

if spp then bank loan letter is fine.

if non spp then* both are required.

even in spp you can show both for strong financial impression.
