i just received a PNP and now filling my PR application.

I submitted my accompanied spouse's POF to the province , since the money is located under her account and they accepted it smoothly.

would CIC accept the same or it has to be under the main applicant's account?

did anyone face such a situation or maybe can help.

Surely if spouse is accompanying and would be better if you add a self declaration that the money is for the immigration purpose.

i've just been informed by my attorney that funds can be in anyone's name who is in the application

Can anyone help me please. I have a question: Can i show my wife's bank account and PF account (both in India) as Proof of funds along with my bank account and 401K account (both in USA)? I am the primary applicant.

Please help.
