Hello All...

Can I show my bank account details for proof of fund where my wife is a primary applicant in express entry ? Or do I need to deposit required amount on her account ?

Yes, you can use the statement of the bank account in your name as well as those in her name and joint accounts.
If she is the main applicant, then you simply need to sign a self declaration on a plain paper stating that you have no objection in using the money in your account for Canada immigration purpose.

I think you will need to add her as a joint account holder in your account if you want to use existing account. or else you can transfer the money to her account but you will need to attach a letter of explanation saying you don't have any problem if your wife uses your funds and will have to show the source of funds.
