Hi,
Would I have to provide proof of funds in order to get approval to our application for provincial nominee (Manitoba)?
Or I would be asked to provide it only in order to get the PR visa later?
According to what I understood, if I succeed to find a job in the province, after I get an approval letter from the Manitoba government, I will not need to provide any proof of funds and I can apply for a temporary work permit, so I can move to Manitoba, start a new job and wait for the immigration process to get finished while already living in Canada!
Is all that true? Or Am I wrong or missing anything here?
I know that it's just a hypothetical situation, but is that true in terms of immigration law (or regulamentation)?
Best Regards,
Rick
