Proof of funds

Hi everyone,
my name is Giacomo Granzotto and this is my first post here.

I'm from Brazil, married and I have 2 kids.

My plan is make a college in Canada and after try the PGWP.

The big question is: I have only $20.000,00 in my bank account, but I have a contract with a brazilian enterprise of $1.000,00/Month.
This contract could help me in proof of funds?

If this contract state that will be effective for the duration of my course, this can help me?

Depends of what kind of program you want to enroll,how much is the tuition fee,the length of the program...

Accorgind to CIC website for a Single student you need to show the tuition fee plus $10,000 for a 12-month period and 3000$ per year for each family member that is coming to canada with you

questions:

1. how should I fill up this form, should it be based from my tuition fee given by the university?
2. how will i answer that my sister will provide my accomodation during my stay?
3. IN other funds: is it based from my actual bank act? Because half of my education will be shouldered by my mother? How will i indicate that in my application
