Dear friends,
I have a few questions on the proof of funds under the federal skilled worker category. I am planning on applying for PR (FSW) in about a week. However, I do not have sufficient "liquid" funds at present. I do expect to receive my tax refunds in about a month which will accumulate my total bank balance to about $17K. Do I need to show the required funds before I send my application to Sydney, NS or can I show the funds when I send my application to Buffalo? Also, in the FSW instruction guide it is said that the amount should be "unencumbered, transferable, and available funds" and this amount can include "value of any property that you own". Does this mean one can show both the liquid funds and value of the immovable properties as well? Thank you all in advance.
Kris
