proof of funds

Hi All,

I am planning to submit the PR application at buffelo USA office. I need forum helps on below points. Please advice..

1. Certificate from the US bank is sufficient or we need to show the bank statement also.
2. i have checking and savings bank account. do i need to show from both the accounts or only from savings.
3. i have some bank balance in my home country. can i show that one also.
4. I have some savings in NSS Certificate,Provident fund, mutual fund and shares can i show al these as a proof of funds.

For a foreign account, you need a bank letter. For a Canadian account you need a statement. You don't have to give statements for your foreign accounts that you already have a bank letter for but you can send it too if you want. If you have more than the required amount of money in one account, that is all you need. If you don't, you have to send bank letters for more accounts.
