Proof of funds

I am new to my application to canada

I have a proof of funds question.

Do I need to have the approx $13,000 in my account before I submit my application. I have my own home and am I planning on selling this to aid my move to canada, is this sufficient or do I need the money available before application. As it takes about 4 yrs before my application is approved I was planning on using this time to save the $13k. Will this not do.

if you apply on Simplified Application you will need to show a proof after a year time (approx) after your application has been accepted. I heard that showing the assessment papers of your property could be enough as a proof of funds required by visa office.

At this time when you are submitting your application no need to show the funds but after year or two when they asked show or submit doucments and your funds then you will do the accept before you cant'do or sale your property bcz no body knows what will happen ok
just wait for two or may be more years

Does any one know if VO asks for proof of funds after getting AOR, can someone submit bank/govt certificates rather than bank statement

I met the required proof of funds before submitting application at it has to appear in the bank statement. After i sent my application, i withdraw the money.. any risk on this? thanks.
