My wife and I have to submit our final express entry or e-apr by the 5th of July. We have the sufficient amount in a bank account which is jointly in both our names.

I am the principal applicant for the Express Entry application but my wife is the primary account holder in the bank account. As mentioned before, the bank account is a joint account so both our names appear on the statement.

I have a question now- What exactly do we need from the bank for proof of funds? Six months bank statements with opening and closing balances? The statements have to be stamped I assume, does this have to be by a particular official at the bank? Also, would we need a separate letter from the bank?

Are there any other documents we would need? Since my wife is the primary account holder and I am the principal applicant, would she need to write a letter or something like that?

Thanks but that page still doesn't say if the letter and statements need to be stamped and who they need to be signed by
You can ask the bank to write a letter detailing your average bank account balance over the last 6 months. You can ask the bank to print all statements for last 6 months and have them stamped. Doesn't matter who does it, any teller or account manager can do this.
