Proof of funds urgent guidance needed

Thanks or your earlier comments, I appreciate. I am the PA and my wife is planning to include her money with mine as our POF but is seems the only way she can do that now is to sign a declaration stating the moneyis a gift. Do I still need to include a 6 month bank statement or the bank letter is enough. Thanks.

You wouldn't need 6 month bank statements if either your bank mentions the average balance in that letter they give you or you provide explanations for any large credits like you're planning to do with your spouse's intended transfer because that clears the air on your POF being composed of borrowed funds.

Yes. As long as the PA's name is present in the account/deposit, it can be used. In addition to that, get and upload a signed self-declaration, from the other person holding the account along with the PA, that they have no reservations in the PA using this as their POF.

Hi Mate,

I Need you help for POF @ SINP PNP.

My application was submitted on 25June , In process on 20 OCT and SINP ask additional documents POF, Experience letters on 22 OCT.

Now, when i submitted my initial doc for POF (During submission time 25June) , i Have submitted 2 Different bank accounts, One from India ( 12K CAD) and other from UAE. (12k CAD). Now, UAE accounts seems un stable and havne't been the same amount from the date i submitted, so it was not maintain for 3 months stable.

but I also have Fix deposit ( 30K CAD)available in india which i haven't submitted initially.

My question is, can i submit alternative account (fix deposit)details replacing UAE bank account which is low now or should i need to submit the same details which i send initially.

second question, SINP letter says that they can not see 3 months transactions. My both bank accounts were till 30April, 2015 ( file submitted on 25June). so did they mean that they need transaction for April - May- June Huh

or they need account details till now ( OCT 22) ?

Fix Deposit is name of myself and parents, is that oki?

please help me

for the POF what if most of my money is in a fixed deposit account?
my current account has less than CAD 2000 but have a fixed deposit of above the CAD 11,000 requirement
i have had the fixed deposit for more than 6 months now

will that be ok?
