My wife recevied ITA and at that time I was not accompanying her.
I provided her 21000 CAD which is almost 100% of the amount by selling my residential plot and wrote a gift deed to her and in supporting documents attached the cheque and bank statement where deposit was reflected.
Now I have decided to accompany her but I have transfered the amount to her account and is reflected in her statement.
I got the amount in cash of plot, it can only be proved via affidavit which i have provided in the documents.
I am super confused as husband is not suppose to write the gift deed but as I cannot provide the source of funds less that affidavit, i am afraid that it may not cause me trouble.
Suggest me way forward please?
