I have some doubts regarding proof of funds. We are planning to submit EOI for SINP
1. SK asks to show proof of funds for minimum of three months before we submit application. It also states that "You must also meet IRCC’s “Proof of Funds” requirements when you apply for permanent residency after nomination by the SINP."
Let's take an example. If I have the fund now and got invitation from SINP in Jan 1st week then I will have till March 1st week to submit the application. What is the average processing time for SK to approve the submitted applications? If they approve within 2 months then I won't be able to meet 6 months balance criteria (will have 5 months only) of IRCC. Or its safe and there is no chance for application to be approved within 3 months?
2. Another thing is I had $17500 as proof of fund till last month (Nov end). Now I have the required funds of above
$19,390 (for 3 people, me, wife and 3 year old kid). Can I show the statement from December 5th 2019 to March 5th 2020? Or I have to show from 1st December itself?
In that case we may not be eligible due to proof of funds.
