Hello,

I got my ITA in the express entry under FSW.

I am currently working in Canada on a closed work permit (No LMIA). My employer has also provided me the offer letter for the PR stating ill be employed for an year.

I do not have the necessary funds to show under the proof of funds. However i have the payslips of the last 3 months.

So my question here - Is proof of funds required for me to show? Or are the payslips sufficient as i am already employed and working.
If proof of funds is not required what other documents/letters would i need?

Note : I have searched the forums for this specific questions - but was not able to find a clear answer.

You need to have fund because you got ITA under FSW.

I am having this doubt because of the following transcript in CIC proof of funds page.

You do not have to show that you have these funds if:

you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

Are u suggesting i still need to show even though i am currently working in canada?

You still have to show POF as you got ITA under FSW.

Read the first line carefully. Do you have a valid offer of arranged employment? No, you don't.
So you need to satisfy proof of fund. This topic has been discussed so many times and if only people would take their time to scroll through the forum, this forum wouldn't be filled with too many repeated bullshit questions.
