Proof of Funds related Question

So I'm from Pakistan. I got an ITA a few days back (FSW). Every day I panic and think of something that could go wrong with my application. Right now, its relating to my bank statements. Recently i closed 2 savings account (one FCY USD and the other local currency) and opened 3 current accounts (2 same currency, 1 pound sterling), transferring the amounts to my new account. This was a few weeks before the ITA when I was planning for my UK Student visa application. Right after the ITA, I trasnferred the majority of my funds from PKR local currency account and USD FCY account to my pound sterling account. Plus, my father gave me a cheque for 3000 GBP, all of which is more than sufficient for the proof of funds requirement. But my question is this:

1. Is it okay if I show the majority of my funds in pound sterling account? DO I need to mention on a separate document that I transferred the money from my other accounts?

2. the 3000 pounds my dad gave me, do i need to show a gift deed for that?

3. Does immovable property count for the proof of funds requirement ?

4. How closely are the 6 months statements scrutinized for origin of funds? I have decided to show 6 months statements of all the bank accounts I have had till recently, including the 2 I closed.

Thanks

1. its fine as you are showing 6 months statements of closed accounts. Mention the same in LOE.
2. Yes
3. No
4. You need to show average balance of last 6 months. statement is just one way of doing it.

Thanks. I have also heard of people making large credits after ITA without any explanation, and CIC not asking them for further clarification. I guess they were the lucky ones, or the assessment checks are randomized?

I am in a fix regarding the POF. Is it ok if the funds have been credited by the account holder itself in cash at a single time? Do we have to show a proof where we got them from?

One of my friends suggests it is okay. But I am worried because I saw people on the forum mentioning it is not good to do that and warn me of a rejection.

What should I do?o_O

For the #2, if we are already above the minimum proof of funds, no need gift deed right?

Hello Brother,
Salam... Firstly Please don't Panic because that won't help you...

1. It is Sufficient to Show the amount in Sterling or any other foreign currency that your account holds. you don't need to mention it but for your own satisfaction you can include a LINER in LOE.

2.Your Bank Statement will show that CHEAQUE Cleared for 3000 GBP not that your father paid you this amount. so basically you don't need that Gift Deed... but for your satisfaction you submit a undertaking from your father that he does not require you to return those funds.

3. No You cannot show Immovable property as Funds.

4. You are required to show 6 Months Statement i would suggest you to limit your statements to 2 Banks rather 10 different banks because this would increase your paper work and may create complication for Case Worker. (also closed account statements does not counts towards Current Bank Statement)

Thanks Thumbs up if you like what i suggested. Best of Luck
