Hello,

My bank only shows Contact Number and its address for contact details. it does not show its email address. Will I be rejected because of that?

According to the requirements checklist

o o The letter(s) must be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution and must include the applicant’s name, the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and email address),

The bank said that their template is pretty default so they wont add their email address there.

Hi All
I have a confusion on proof of funds. I have two FD worth 8.5 Lakhs but only 4 months old now and i requested ITA with a score of 461 on September 2018. The funds requirements are for me and my spouse, both of us are working and it is only I who would be going for now, though Visa is for both of us. Now I have a Home Loan and Education loan with deductions of 24k and 14k respectively. Should i accept this invitation and show six months statements along with the FD or reject this one and wait for the next invitation as then, i can submit POF by November 1st week, when my FD would be six months old and i may not have to show my six months statements and thus, would not need to showcase my loans.

Please guys respond and suggest as I am hell confused.

You could ask a visiting card of Manager or somebody else from Bank with email address on it and attach it with the letter. In the Letter of Explanation just write couple of lines, that your bank is not changing their default format and would only give me this letter.

Anyways, This visiting card is only redundant, you are fine without it !
