Proof of funds question

Hi everyone!

I received an ITA under FSWP and got a question regarding proof of funds. I'm an international student currently studying in Canada and the money I'm going to provide settlement funds are on my wife's bank account at home country. The question is do I need to provide details about my Canadian (debit and credit cards) and my own home bank accounts? I read that people who apply outside of Canada successfully provide the details only about their proof of funds account despite the following CIC requirement:
"The applicant should provide an official letter(s) from one or more financial institutions that list all current bank and investment accounts as well as outstanding debts, such as credit card debts and loans."

Would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Why risk it? The question may arise that who do you bank with in Canada. Unless you have such a high debt in Canada. If their mandate is clear, I would avoid any questionable business. The first thing to anyone that analysis your case will be - who do you bank with locally.
