    You can check it with CRS calculator tool on CIC website. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp As i saw there, spouse work experience points require at least one year of experience in NOC 0, A or B job and also won't add much, unfortunately.

    1. No, it doesn't matter where is she currently living. Canadian work experience will give you more points in CRS and will increase your chances to be picked out of EE pool. 2. Yes, you can apply that way.

    He meant that your application got rejected because of incomplete set of documents (not full PCC history). That's not something bad and happens to applicants.
