Proof of funds - Query

Hi All ,

I am an express entry applicant for canadian immigration. I have IELTS 8 and 7 years of work experience. My only stop point is the POF. I am migrating with a family of 3 so i should e holding approx 20000 $. I do not have so much money in my account to show as a proof. Instead my father in his account has 20000 $ saved from my salary over the years. Now my question is can my father transfer this money to my account and i can show the same as my POF along with a Gift deed from my father. Can anyone please advice what exact documents i need to provide to CIC for POF ?

You need,
1. Gift deed
2. Bank official letterhead showing your PoF
3. Letter of explanation referencing the gift deed.

Hi , Do i also need to provide my fathers bank statement, will CIC be interested to know how my father acquired the ten lakhs ? or will the above mentioned documents will serve purpose
